Return Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from our ship
date. Items must be unharmed.
Products with engraving, customization of color or specialty products are non
refundable.
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges, but the customer must pay for the
shipping to and from Ahlers Designs.
